Corina Monter is a licensed marriage and family therapist who earned her master’s degree in counseling psychology from Argosy University. She has 7years of experience working with children, families, adolescents, and adults. She is a first-generation Mexican American. She has been providing services to the Latinx community and has a focus on guiding them through the process of treatment. She enjoys working with clients on identifying intergenerational trauma and breaking unhealthy generational cycles. In working with her community, she recognizes that setting healthy boundaries is key to having healthy relationships. She works with clients that are struggling with anxiety, depression, communication difficulties, and other mental health concerns. She is certified in EMDR therapy and works with clients to help process their traumatic experiences. Corina is also a fluent Spanish speaker.
